Tripp NYC Neon Yellow Pleated Skirt

Reposhing this really fun blacklight reactive TRIPP kilt I purchased from @gingerpunk. It's a size 18 and has just a bit of stretch. I LOVE it but it's just a little too big for me. I'd have it taken in but the pleats make that hard and thus likely very expensive. :( Oh well, my loss is your gain! Snatch it up while you can!
