Tripp NYC size 11 black and blue checkerboard low waisted skinny jeans pants

I bought these hoping they would shrink in the wash, but they didn't. Bought them NOS, wore them once, but they look kinda weird on me due to the size. Original bag and tags included, but the tags are damaged due to being really old probably. Measurements in the pictures, except the inseam which is about 31". They're stretchy!
