cj_foxy Hi... thx for the qn, and because the noise can be worn both ways the tag has been removed to not have to be bothersome on the neck. So I don't have the definitive in the fabric, however if I had to guess, it's a poly viscose, elastain mix ... as it has a bit of stretch and give to it. It's a sturdy fabric. Hope that helps.
