colorbuff @kimberleydawn_ Hi and thank you for your question. The waist on this skirt is 31 inches, and the length including the petticoat is 26 inches. The fabric is 98% cotton and 2% spandex.

colorbuff @kimberleydawn_ PS : Note that there is a lining to this skirt which is in a different fabric, something more synthetic. This lining is all the way through, from the waist to the bottom and sticks out from the bottom of the skirt. That is what I referred to a the "petticoat".
