yyccloset2 @fleurbleue54 No problem! shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 16” and chest is 18” Yes! Waist 17.5” flat. I have similar measurements to you. I have similar measurements to you 28 high waisted, and with 29 mid rise Jeans but where it was tight on me is my chest (bigger than you). My sister is a 34B and it fits her (she just has too many jackets to want it). Let me know if you have any other questions!
