Tropical Bird Romper

This is a personal item of mine worn a handful times only over the last year. The tag at the top was removed for comfort reasons (why do they make them so stabby?) but I can tell you it is a size small. This romper would fit someone who is short best. It sits higher up on the waistline if you're taller (I am 5'7) and okay with that. The waistline has some stretch and is best suited for someone with a 27"-28" waist on average. The cool thing about this romper is that it appears as a dress.
