Tropical Maxi Dress by Phase 8

This fabric is gorgeous-purple, lime green, and black tropical floral pattern on white. Empire waist accented with twisted fabric waist band. Pullover styling, the upper bodice is fully lined. Bought this for my daughter and only worn a few times. Size is a UK 8, which translates into a Size 4. Fabric does have stretch but please take note of the measurement photos to ensure a good fit.
