Tropical cowl neck sleeveless top

Bright top perfect for work, paired with pants or a skirt and blazer. I’m not sure the brand as the tag is not on the shirt. Just the wash tag that doesn’t indicate the brand. Worn a couple times in great used condition. No flaws other than not having the tag! Size small but is stretchy so could for M as well.
