At this time we haven't confirmed which cast / show this is from however the tag shows #4. The silver writing is similar to many other The Flash wardrobe pieces, Iris West portrayed by Candice Patton credited as #4 on the Flash. Alternatively it may also be Veronica Lodge on Riverdale (also Cast #4) and possible Felicity Smoak from The Arrow (also cast #4 depending on the season).
