True Religion 'Joey' corduroy jeans

Not sure if you call them 'jeans' if they're cords, but you know what I mean. I love these because they ARE corduroy; they seem kind of rare. These are dark brown boot cut/flare, style Joey. Size 26; measurements in photos. They are in great condition EXCEPT there is a stretch along the seam on the back left waistband where there is a hole and some second-rate attempts to sew it (please see photo). I've not attempted to fix it because I would only make it worse. Easily fixed, I would think, by someone who actually knows what they are doing!
