True vintage 1940s creamy white eyelet lace gown dress from Devore Vintage

True vintage 1940s handmade cream white floral eyelet cotton lace gown with light baby pink silk lace buttons, light baby pink seam detailing at the hem, collar, and sleeves. Peter pan collar and faux boning buttons up the front. Fully lined with baby pink lining skirt under the extremely full skirt of the gown. Has a fitted bodice with a side zipper and clasps at the top 3 buttons that can change the look and also ease the wearer into it comfortably. This gown is in excellent condition for its age and has been well taken care of. There are no rips or holes and no prominent signs of wear. The fabric has no major stains but may have some signs of age. The white is a creamy warm white more than a bright cool white. The zipper works well. Fits size XXS-XS with the following measurements: 16” pit to pit, 12” waist, 16” bodice length, 56” full length. Purchased from and featured on Devore vintage (original stock photos are from their website). Would make a gorgeous wedding, event, photoshoot, or lounging dress (feel transported to another era: why not?).
