True vintage amazing puff sleeve top

this top is a real gem but doesn't fit me in the bust. it was refashioned from an 80s dress. Amazing details on the sleeves, great colour, pattern and shape. no shoulder pads but holds its own shape well. you can see an imperfection on the peblum (pictured) pit to pit 19 no stretch. length to bottom of peblum 23 in
