T-shirt dress olive green peony floral patterned

To tag but I got it from Forever21. Not sure of size. Probably a S or M. A nice looser fitting t-shirt dress with a pretty pink peony flower design. Fabric does not have much stretch. Pit to pit measures approximately 18”. Shoulder seem to shoulder seem is 15 1/2”. Comfortable and great gently used condition.
