Bought in store selling local, indie Canadian designers. New with tags. Light t-shirt like dress with drawstring in centre that allows you to scrunch up the dress so that it becomes a mini or leave it at its maximum length. Super cute and original. Purple and green speckle pattern on greyish/slate background. Chest 18.5 inches but has stretch. Max Length 39 inches.
