T-shirt with fringe!

Ok now this top! This top ladies! Leather pant or black tights - you want to make it more fun?! Pair it with a skirt and you can show off this fun fringe that is sewed to the bottom of a t-shirt! Brilliant! Had so many hopes for this top but I was out of country in Europe never tried it on and it didn’t fit! Such a shame
