Tule skirt

Beautiful champagne/ivory tule skirt, 4 layers of tule with a soft under skirt. Length: 38½" or 3f and 2½" Waist: 11½" but band is stretchy and there is no real size. Personly I usualy fit into a size 6-8 in pants and skirts, and this skirt fits me perfectly. Medium poofiness, perfect for a prom or bridal setting. No snags or wear and tear.Great condition.
