Tulle Overskirt for Wedding Dress

Brand new beautiful tulle overskirt I ordered from SugarBerryCo on Etsy. Custom handmade in Toronto. I ended up getting a tulle mermaid dress so I never wore this. Fits waist 24 inches but can be altered to accommodate other sizes. Height up to 5'5 and a half. It has a 1 and a half foot train. The color is ivory. Paid $400 with tax and shipping.
