Tulle and Lace Skirt

Beautiful skirt with a wide floral waistband. Skirt hits roughly above the knee. Has layer tulle under the lacey layer and another solid layer beneath that. No size on tag but fits a 27” waste perfectly and can stretch to fit many more inches. Size small-medium. Colour is off-white.
