Layers and layers and layers (!) of tulle makes this one shoulder party dress a showstopper. See close ups of each tulle piece individually tied to make skirt part. Bodice is elasticized (yet comfortable) and features several flowers with faux jewels covering entire top front. Handmade. Never worn, brand new with tags ❤️
