Tulle halter dress with 3D floral detail and bow

Excellent condition. Cute tulle ballerina like dress. Halter neck has a clasp at the back. Comes with a matching scarf. Very nice and expensive material. Can be worn to a wedding as a guest or a flower girl dress. No size tag as it was custom made but will fit someone who is a size XS or small. Measurements upon request.
