Tunic cap sleeve dress

Dove grey, simple tie waist tunic dress. Extremely light and comfortable. One inch wide, elastic waist band. Tie wrap with loops at waist can be tied however you’d like. Three tier base and rolled cap sleeves. Excellent condition but care tags removed and I’m not certain about brand. Yellow dot logo on brand tag with sizing info.
