Elastic under the breast (empire style) that gathers nicely the breast and pleats the skirt part. Top also fits smaller sizes despite being labeled size 20. Could be a maternity top. Black alter top is integrated under the zebra printed fabric so no need to wear a bra, if you prefer. Loose fit On or off your shoulders ( elastic allows such versatility) Perfect to travel: light, hand washable & dries in a breeze.
