Made in India (a kurtha) size 4 (=XL), excellent condition. Newly washed and ironed. Soft black fabric is cotton-viscose, and all the decorative trim is in excellent condition. Wear as a comfortable tunic, dress, or for beach or pool. Will look great on smaller sizes. I'm a small/medium and wore it as a dress with tall boots and a thick belt.
