Turkish Kilim V2 Lumbar

All kinds of cool going on in this Turkish Kilim Lumbar Pillow. This is a slit woven textile, beloved by collectors as this type of weave produces a very sharp-etched design, emphasizing the geometry of the weave. It’s exciting to note that there is a variation in stitch size, also a variation in the coloring of the yarn within each motif. These imperfections indicate a textile of substantial age. If you are anything like myself, you will be drawn to the character an emotion that a human hand represents. This Turkish Kilim Lumbar is very special indeed. There are two styles to choose from. The second, pictured here, contains a mirror image of the border to the first tapestry offset with peach velvet. Predominate colorway is medium toned dusty Peach.
