Turquoise embroidered dress - vintage

Worn once to a black tie Christmas party 15 years ago. Its beautiful and the tulle underneath just adds to the whole dress. I'm only 5'2 for reference on the last picture. I received many compliments on this dress. there are a few snags but really not that noticeable.
