Turquoise top with roses along the neckline

This shirt stands out with its pretty blue flowers. The petals are cotton, but the body of the shirt is a blend. It has some stretch. Size large Quarter length sleeves. No obvious flaws that I can see. Great shape. Measurements are in the photos.
