Tweed mini skirt

I found this skirt at the Marie Dooley Signature closing sale and hesitated for a long time before putting it on sale because it is absolutely beautiful and practically unique, but I never wear it. Whose luck? The shade is absolutely lovely plus it has shimmering threads and a royal blue lining. Made in Canada.
