Tweed wool suit

precis petite Canada black wool tweed suit with skirt jacket and skirt have red viscose lining size is marked as Canadian 10, but I think is 8. im us 4-6 the skirt is loose on me in hips jacket is a bit big skirt waist 15", hips 19" lenght 20" the red lining is the same length as a skirt . jacket pit to pit 19" waist 16.5" length 19" sleeve 19" width 6.5"
