Tween Girl's Party/Special Occasion Dress

This is a very pretty tween girls "4 Ever Free" party/special occasion dress. It is comprised of a tri-layer but light weight full skirt with small vertical ridges for textural interest topped by a bodice with ruffles and sequins and spaghetti shoulder straps. It has a zipper that runs down past the natural waist for ease of donning and doffing and is a pale mint green polyester. It is a girl's size 12 US and was worn exactly once so is in essentially brand new condition.
