Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent blue ruffled mini skirt exclusive for Intermix. Outer shell is 100% silk. Blue and white ruffled skirt with thick elastic waistband. Slip is polyster. The skirt in whole is in good condition. Some minor flaws (very minor) to the top portion of waistband (see picture) it is a little twisted and the slip has some snags (see picture).
