Twik Plaid Mini Skater Skirt

Plaid school girl skirt from Simons. Has two adjustable buckles that are for show, a hidden side zipper, and a black polyester lining. Very cute and comfy, this was part of my Halloween costume for a good 4-5 years straight. Fabric has some pilling, otherwise in good used condition.
