Twik chocolate brown collared wrap Y2K style dress

-Tagged as a size women’s small from Twik by Simons. See photos for measurements -Features a silky material on the chest and below the waist, and the waist area has a stretchy brown ribbed layer to snatch the waist. There is a brown embroidered detail on one side of the chest that says “Twik”, and a small metal piece on the ribbed part at the waist with a Twik logo. There is ribbon to tie it tighter at the back of the waist. It has puff sleeves and a wrap detail at the chest -There is a small snag in the fabric on the back of the neck, but it’s hardly visible -It’s definitely a Y2k style piece, but I’m not sure when it was made. It definitely looks a bit more modern than the 2000s
