My “shabby chic” bags! I wore the cream (“dune”) in the spring/summer and the brown in the fall/winter. Both with wear and tear on parts of flaps, but no cracks in leather, insides are in great shape - see pics for fading/wear (only at rivets on top, not main body) I have my eyes on a single bag ($$!) so have to part with these two … Both are double-sided, one side with one large pocket, other side is divided with two pockets.
