Two Vintage Decorative Fruit Embossed Teal Green Canister Jars Wire Clamp Lid

This is a set of two vintage glass canister canning jars with wire clamp lids. Both jars are a beautiful teal green colour and are textured with an embossed fruit design. The jars have a glass lid that is attached to the jar with a metal clamp. The first jar measures approximately 6 inches high with a diameter of about 3 3/4 inches. The second jar measures about 4 inches high with a 3 3/4 inch diameter. The two jars are vintage and do have some condition issues that would make them best as a decorative item. The glass on the exterior of both jars in in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The wire bails are showing their age as they are beginning to discolour with age. The rubber seals on both jars are old and brittle. The inside of the smaller jar is in excellent condition but the larger jar has a rough inner edge like tiny flea bites or chips out of it. This is nothing you would see from the outside but might be a consideration if you were planning to store anything in the jars. These jars would be a beautiful addition to a farmhouse style kitchen and are especially beautiful when the light shines through them.
