Two layer wrap skirt boho vintage 1990s Indian

Waist laid out flat from the hole for sash to other side is around 22.5 and skirt is approximately 31 inches. It’s two layers with a chiffon patterned overlay, and black underneath. A true wrap skirt with the sash meant to wrap and tie around, so can fit a number of sizes. You’d want to leave room for it to overlap a bit when tying it. Note the hole where sash goes through is coming apart and may need repair in the future. But still functiona. Pattern varies all the way around. Thin fabric but feel when draped would not be see through. Appears handmade, and since vintage there is some regular wear and tear and minor flaws such as runs in the chiffon
