Two small vintage hand painted wooden boxes

Two small vintage wooden boxes that are hand made and painted. One has the date 1992. The blue one has been touched up at some point with blue pen? And has a little bit of sticky sticker residue on the bottom I’m not sure about cleaning it off and possibly chipping more paint so I’m leaving it.I will update if I change my mind and try. Several paint chips throughout, the lining inside is needed replacing or to be glued more maybe. Please see photos for best description thank you
