These over-the-knee black boots are two-tone with "leather" in the front and "suede" in the back. Really comfortable walking boot. These are been worn about 5 times. Approx. 22" from the bottom of the boot to the top of the boot (above the knee) Heel Height: 1.5"

wearmywear Hello @ilmira10! Yes it does. It has a zipper from the ankle-ish to mid calf so you can get the boot on your foot.
