beeotch001 How is the insole in the inside where the heel is of the boot? I've had to return two pairs because the inside insole was so it was bunched up and there was no padding at the heel. It was just horrible, so I'm just checking first. Thank you.

bettyloujean @beeotch001 Hi there, good evening. I checked the boots and they still look perfect on the inside. they have fleece lined in the foot part and the back of the heel and then from there up it's the knitted portion. I couldn't try them on as they were my daughters. Everything feels secure and still stitched in there. I honestly don't think she ever wore them more than twice. if you purchase and don't like them, I'll pay for the shipping as long as they still look exactly as when I ship them.
