UGG winter boots, size 13 USA, UK 12, EU 30, Japan 19.5

I bought these UGG boots from another seller on here, I ran into the same issue as her (they are too small for my daughter). They are about 1-2 (US) sizes smaller I would say. My daughter tried to put them on, they didn’t fit so they went back into the box. I am unsure of how used they were from the sellers before.
