UNIQLO Women’s L Midi Belted Dress with Smocked Collar

This beautiful midi length dress in dark blue offers a belted or unbelted waist, elastic smocked yoke and collar and button cuffs. The dress has pockets and total length from neck to hem is 44” – it should sit mid calf. I bought this in Japan so the inside label is not in English- I have no idea what this is made out of or the care instructions.
