UNIQUE crackle glass butterfly plate

UNIQUE crackle glass butterfly plate Mesmerizing blue green butterfly! The patterns, colours, the “bubbles” in the glass. It reminds me of stained glass but I’m not sure how they made this. I can see a curled metal wire for the antennae. Top of the plate is smooth but there are slight bumps over the butterfly and shallower ones everywhere else. Bottom is textured: pleasant rough surface but no extremely differenct depths in the bumps. EUC. I don’t remember this at all. I’m guessing c. 1990s-Y2K. In storage all this time. Because this is so pretty, I’m assuming it’s decorative. I’m guessing handmade.
