UNITED Vintage Mid Century Modern Brass Tone Starburst Leaf Wall Clock, U.S.A

1960s United vintage mid century modern MCM gold tone starburst leaf pattern wall clock. Made in the U.S.A. This is a gorgeous mid-century brass gold tone wall clock made by the United Clock Corp. (Brooklyn NY). It features shiny brass maple leaves radiating out from the center in a starburst pattern. The face of the clock has Roman numerals. The actual face of the clock is approximately 8 inches in diameter and the length and height of the clock measure approximately 24 inches from leaf tip to leaf tip across the clock. It stands about 2-1/2 to 3 inches from the wall. The clock is in great condition for its age. There are some light scuffs on the gold tone by the face. Please see the photos. The clock features an hour and minute hand. There is no seconds hand. The clock was originally electric with a cord but was converted to battery operated. The original battery box was just replace to a new one by a professional clock repair person as the other box was not able to be repaired and they no longer make that box due to the age. The clock takes an AA battery. The video shows the minute hand moving and keeps time. The original vintage battery box (see photos) will also be sent to the buyer.
