UO Silence & Noise striped flare trousers

Silence & Noise navy blue, red and white striped, flare trousers, from Urban Outfitters. Feature a zipper closer and clasp on the side and are made from 100% viscose. I haven't worn them in a while but they are in VGUC! Size 2, would fit a petite size 4, S or XS. For reference I'm 5'6 and these hit around my ankles. Last two pictures show a few pulls in the fabric. Price reflects these but you can't notice them when you're wearing the pants.
