Blue mini fit and flare summer dress with a waist cutout from Urban Renewal at Urban Outfitters The bodice is smocked & stretchy in the back and buttoned on the front Side zip closure for the skirt portion Labeled size large but actually fits size small based on measurements Flat lay measurements: Bust - 15" to about 18" with stretch Waist - 13.75" (not stretchy) Length - 32" Made in the USA from vintage fabric Very slight discolouration on the edge of the underarms which was difficult to get to show up in a photo
