Brand new with tags Urban Outfitters mini dress. Gorgeous watercolour/ tie dye style stretch velvet with a zodiac/ astrology print. Fully adjustable spaghetti straps with an extra strap that can either be worn tied in the back, as a halter or tucked away/ removed. Super flattering panelling :) So soft and super pretty!
