Two skirts combined to make one fun low rise distressed mini skirt, perfect for your next country concert. When I purchased this did not fit like a size 28. Now, with the added material on the sides, it's a little better. Fits like a size 4. Low rise, to be worn on your hips. Frayed edges and bottom hem with some holes from the original manufacturer. Very little stretch. Main skirt, light blue denim. Side panels, bleached denim, almost white. I've been sewing for 25+ years and take great care to make sure you're getting a quality lasting item. Raw edges left on purpose and reinforced to make sure they last.
