Tshirt fabric so its stretchy and light. Can be worn off shoulder or on. Wide loose fit body, with ruffle on bottom. Flutter cap sleeves with small slit at the shoulder. Brass coloured metal buttons. All buttons open except the very top. It's stitched so it lays flat (by manufacturer). Soft stretchy elastic around full neckline. Upcycled by myself - Hand dyed in multiple shades of blue. Has been treated and washed after dye to ensure its set. Please still wash in cold water.
