UPDATED: Diminutive midcentury etched sterling pendant signed SMIBO

(I've updated this listing with the addition of a sterling silver bail, marked 925.) A dainty beauty with fine detail. Just under 3/4 inch in length. Signed SMIBO, a contraction for the Canadian gold and jewelry maker Smith & Bond, which operated between 1938 and 1983. In wonderful shape, with light patina. Note: this is not a locket.
