johntjackmingo Ok. Thankyou. So what i was looking. For was the edge that did not show half copper. All 4 of your coins are as they should be. However. Some coins were found to have silver content. Those are considered error coins as the blanks somehow got mixed in with the copper/nickke variety. Needless to say. The ones dated 1971 that have 40 percent silver are very rare and the only ones there are may have already been discovered.
