USS Nebraska Heavy Stitched Tshirt Stitched Insignia XL Very Interesting!!

Extremely curious heavy stitch tshirt featuring what appears to me as a US Navy patch but could also be some other nautical thing as well. Shirt itself is vintage but shows almost no wear aside from the label being faded but I was confidently able to make out the XL tag. Not sure on the material but if I had to guess it’s mainly heavy cotton, shirt itself is very warm And heavy for a tshirt excellent material!!
